the book club i'm in is currently reading this book. we've read The Blacktongue Thief by this author in the past. i really like his writing style, though i find i have to super focus to actually follow what's going on. 

recommended if you like medieval fantasy type stuff. i'm learning lots of feudal legal and garment vocabulary

Reading London Falling by Patrick Ratten Keefe. About 40% of the way through, excellent read thus far (went to a book event so got a copy there - also got it signed so that's sorta cool).

Going to a launch event on Monday for Matt Haig's new novel too, so I'll be reading that in the very near future.

just finished red rising. maybe my expectations were too high lol i have heard people talk about this book like it is the hope for youth literacy. but the actual experience of reading the book for me was like sun tzu via rupi kaur. i think me and this writer might just be opposite people.
