Was slow finding this gem.
Big FF fan, I'm in a similar position to where you were at Henry. FF7 is my fave game ever and the nostalgia makes me warm inside, still obsses over the soundtrack.
Loved FF9, FFX, never completed FF8 but really need to correct this error. The FF7 remake was cool, only played the first part so I'm curious to see where that alt timeline/story goes.
I heard so much good stuff about FFVI but never took the plunge due to how dated it looked after the more recent games, but I really need to invest some time and effort into that, sounds like it's well worth it.
