Anyone ever made a Christmas Pudding? This shit long

I have not. Don't think they're really a thing over here but I enjoy learning about other place's foods. Like I recently learned about an Australian dish called white Christmas. Wonder if @BULUPTAX or @Cardboard Jesus is familiar with it.

I am making a pie right now for my coworkers tomorrow. They're my test subjects to see if I can make it correctly and if people like it, I plan on making it for my family's Christmas.

Man I wish I could make food.
