What AREN'T you listening to?

We have several threads for music we're listening to and recommend...but what songs aren't you listening to? What songs do you skip on a playlist or the radio? What songs make you mentally groan if they come on in a store or someplace you can't change the song?

I mentioned this one in a bandle thread:

I really cannot stand this song. I never used to mind it, but I think my dad went through an era of playing the same ELO Greatest Hits CD all the time in his van and I'd begin to feel (physically) sick at this song. Now whenever I listen to it, I get car sickness, and tbh my thoughts on the song have done nothing but went more critical as time has went by too. Think it's an absolute borefest, uninspired and indicative of everything generally bad about pop/rock in the late 70's early 80's (vocoded singing to make it sound "interesting", cowbells and too much fucking synth). Really hate that this is the ELO song that everybody flocks to.

Just never been a U2 fan and I remember the rock station on the radio here seems to love them.

I don't listen to the radio very often, only really when I'm driving the old work van that doesn't have Bluetooth.
But whenever Culture Club comes on, I instantly change the channel. I wouldn't call it bad music, but there's just something about it that I can't stand

This was the song that made me realise I dislike Culture Club immensely 



EDIT: Also just to note, I even looked for this video in an incognito window so I wouldn't get Culture Club songs in my YouTube recommendations. That's how much I don't want to see them

I don't think I've actually listened to these guys. But I'll tell you this:

Lol I'd agree with every post in here maybe excepting BK's U2 one but I hate U2 in general so idk still counts.

I could name so many artists I can't stand but the beauty of this thread is probably avoiding that and picking out select items.



Got into a discussion with my brother in law about this the other day, sorry but I fucking hate this song even if I like a few other Talking Heads tracks. That droning chorus does my head in and if I ever have to have the radio on, the one station I can stick constantly plays it.
