I don't think we'll see a PS6 anytime soon either way, since the economics of hardware simply don't make sense right now. Anyone that thinks they'll take away our games is being a little silly IMO - this might only be a issue for licensed games (and if the Insomniac leak is anything to go by, these agreements tend to be very generous), but all in all your games will remain accessible.
What Sony will do with this is it will corner the second hand market and the pricing game, and as they will be forced to focus on software over hardware for the next few years it'll help on their margins - I think their problem is the numbers pointed in this direction (85/15 in terms of revenue digital vs physical) but people like the option of physical regardless of their preferences.
I'm someone that mostly buys digital unless it's a collector's edition or a game that I can get earlier via physical, and it still sucks to see CDs going away.
