My favourite thing about MGS3? That's easy, it's this scene:

[Null]

My favourite thing about MGS3 was The Sorrow boss fight, at least it was the most memorable I guess

[Shyne-Bryght]

Unlocking the different camo patterns and checking them out in the menu was awesome.

[Gene]

My favourite part thing about mgs3 was the change in scenery from urban stealth to the jungle setting and the added dangers that come with it.

Eva’s boobs also

[NateDog]

Nice comp Duck. My favourite thing about MGS3 was using disguises, especially the scientist one because big beefy Snake couldn't look more out of place in a costume like that.

I'm only here for the Calorie Mate though!

[Blueblob]

My favorite part of MGS3 is the most memorable boss, The End The Ladder

[Bread]

Since you mistakenly named someone else the winner of the DS2 giveaway, try not to make the same mistake this time around.

My favourite part about MGS3 is cheesing the boss fight against The End by making him die of old age because I'm too impatient to appreciate one of the greatest boss fights in gaming history.

[Wayno]

My favourite thing about MGS3 is of course, The Boss. Not for her ideals, not for her sacrifice, not for the tragic symbolism.

Spoiler:

But because after her longwinded, shallow, flatter-than-a-plate-of-piss TED Talk about "loyalty" we get to shoot her in her smug, monotonous face.

I wrote this answer initially but felt that it'd be cruel to stop someone else giving the same answer. I'm glad I left it to you.
