Oh man honestly I'd report that shit in a heartbeat. It's important to make a log of this kind of thing now and history of the patterns just incase something never turns up one day in a few weeks.
I've had parcels left outside our flat on the road, nicked by other tenants and just straight up never show. You gotta act because otherwise you'll lose any claim you have.
