Been looking through old PMs on a slow work day, yeeesh. Rogers went through a period of sending me enormous messages of porn, I have tons of messages that consist of 1-4 words from Mr. Foxhound being depressive, and Granin once telling me "I just watch whatever man sometimes I do it to animals". I mean he was probably joking. Right.

EEEEEEESH. Looking back I wonder if a lot of the users who were straddling the lines of acceptability in commenting (who you sort of presumed were joking?) were just....I don't know, a bit Russell Brand (ie hiding in plain sight).

I've got messages with Exiled and Django where we were gaming the PSN Welcome Back package after the hack (I still have those games installed on my PS3 too). Yourself in trying to help me with a bricked PS3, along with some messages from Gary in organising a Foxhound/DC Org War that I totally forgot about (did it ever happen??) and me messaging Roy to thank him for sorting out a bit of a mess between me and Misa in the DC private chat.

Also, @Gene, remember when a guy joined the board and claimed to be David Hayter and you let him into Foxhound 

Any a lot of DM's apologising to people? Yeah, that totally tracks aha.

Lol I think I came across PMs with Gene about the David Hayter thing, I don't remember it at all. The org war thing definitely happened, although it was mostly Granin and Nick saying "DC WE DA BEST" and later on the same with the name of whatever org they were then in.

I remember that bricked PS3 business too, the efforts I had to go through to get my PS3 working again with the hairdryer so I could back up my data and get the disc out after getting a few extra weeks of the system working, and then having to threaten GAME that I'd bring them to court over it failing on me so soon after paying €600 for it. Good times.

I remember a guy who was a plastic surgeon or at least worked in a medical setting and would openly admit getting turned on by some of the women he worked on. It was the creepiest shit and was shocked how open he was to being such a creep.

Came across the thread about Jaron being promoted to admin. That was a doozy, if you ever need an example of how serious people generally took events on MGSF I don't think there's a better one.

I vaguely remember that - what was people’s beef with Orion/Jaron?

Essentially it seemed to boil down to Pricey saying he was going to promote someone to admin, and supposedly asking for people's views. Nobody mentioned Orion at all while others were given votes by staff and Pricey then made Orion admin anyway.

Seems like everyone in OH hated him (and had evidence of some nasty personal comments or general attitude) and wanted Sorrido to get it, a lot in and out of OH said him or Gary should have gotten it.
