The "Player 2" Controller
#1
One each. Post a Player 2 Controller and explain why. You KNOW what I mean by a Player 2 Controller! I'll start:

Friend of mine used to own this one and I remember it having a "Slow mo" button which worked by just continuously pausing the game and resuming it. 😭 I guess it was slow motion on a technicality... but Jesus Christ I regretted ever clicking it when I did.

A reasonable facsimile of my old Wavebird.  "You can use this one!  It doesn't have wires.  A few other optional features were also removed to make it more lightweight."

So sick to have had a Wavebird though.. shame you....chewed it?

I feel like this was the one I used round my friends house all the time. The buttons having some random tacticool lines through them is what makes me think so. I remember the sensation of pressing them was very disappointing. They were sort of dull and flat compared to real DualShock buttons.

Ah I've played on one of those bad boys before. Feel like that Tacticool style really went side by side with the PS2/OG Xbox aesthetic which was kind of like a fractured database, bit cyberpunk-esq and cold feeling in UI.

You guys ever seen these Logitech Wingman controllers? Honestly, something about them just goes so hard. Reckon I could definitely bludgeon someone to death after one too many noob-tube deaths.

The shape of that has reminded me of this freak of nature which I still wish Sony would release for us to finally try

Fr fuck all these PS1 grey controllers they shit out, PS3's next big birthday? Give us all a boomerang. Feel like only Nintendo would have the gall to do something like that (and then charge £90 and see no qualms with it).

Was just going to say this when I saw it. As someone with big hands I really, really wanted this despite the backlash.

If you're referring to the incredible Virtual Boy peripheral they're releasing then I'd say there ARE no qualms about it. This is the stuff dreams are made of, my boy!

"I eat controllers for breakfast.  Right now I'm very hungry!"

Really, I think the rubber/plastic/etc was too thin compared to the wired version.  It just wore down with use.  Gamecube controllers had a lot of weird issues in my opinion, compared to PS2 and XBOX.  Very comfortable handles though, possibly the best ever.
