Brother!
Quite a while is an understatement! We were both like 13(?) when we signed up and are now in our 30’s. Pretty sure I signed up in 2007. Crazy to think that a good many folks on here we have known for more than half our lives.
Seeing MGSF taken over by bots and spam saddened me more than I thought it would when I randomly checked it one day after ages of being inactive for so long. As Null and others have said, seeing this place and all the familiar faces here has in a way returned something to my life that I didn’t really realise was missing - just a place to come chill and shoot the shit.
tr0nic I didn’t realise you were Crab! I still remember making some of your original LRA graphics! It’s good to see you here!

I joined late 2007 with one account and was mostly just peeking and sneaking around. May 2008 I joined properly.
Had the most amazing time with you all. Being a mod sometimes made me an ass, but I always loved you guys.

Dude I spent way too much time last night reading through old PMs and mentally damaged myself by doing so...I just want to retroactively thank you for that and for putting up with me. Like holy shit, I just had ZERO thoughts in my head. The amount of PMs you responded with "haha nice" because I was incoherently babbling about shit is staggering.
MGSF was a hidden little gem of the internet and I always kind of kicked myself for not being mature enough to properly connect with people and really enjoy it. But it's been almost 14 years since I joined, and it's nice to have a seat at the big kids' table finally, after being the annoying little cousin incarnate. Thank you all for putting up with me as long as you did.
NateDog you were right to call me out that one time, I was being a total kiss ass to people that couldn't care less if I liked them or not. Just wanted to say that, I think you doing so made me mature instantly so I appreciate it.
Also, just have to get this off my chest because it's bothered me for years: I do not have a sister. I do not have any siblings. For those of you that know, sorry lmao! I was a WEIRD fucking kid and going through a horrible period in my life. I figured if I came up with the worst possible story I could think of, people would stop calling me Crablice. I really don't know what I was thinking.

I don't remember what I said but hope I wasn't too harsh with you. I've spent hours today just looking back at threads and sections myself (been a slow day at work) and I've cringed at many things and laughed terribly at others. No matter how much I think back on it, I feel like it's really hard to actually remember just how much time and thought most of us invested onto the org scene until you actually look at it again and see just how active it was and how much was going on. It was so bloody serious so much of the time but it was also so much fun to engage with it.

Lmao compared to Granin or that one time Big Brother rejected me from FH? Nah, you were downright polite and straightforward. I had spent a day glazing Granin & Tom Cruise, trying to get them to like me and you basically said "This is pathetic and I think you are a jackass. Do yourself a favor and stfu." and then apologized like an hour later via PM. Looking back, especially being an only child, I really got the older brother experience from my time on MGSF, which I appreciate greatly nowadays. It takes a village.

Sorry but this place was mainly made as a way for me to pick up women. If you have nothing to bring to the table then I’m afraid I’ll have to ask you to leave quie- [BANNED!]

We joined the same year, insane to think that was almost two decades ago.
@Patriots talk ... damn did that cause some serious drama ... orgs were serious business.
TSF are a bunch of noobs
Likewise man! Time has flown.
You'd think after almost 20 years, TSF would finally be l33t instead of n00bs.

Kind of crazy to think it's been that long and we're still going strong. More than half our lives really.

We were all young and silly then. Bunch of teens (except for that ancient 20 something Departed) governing kids.
Also you're a fellow only child I see.

Hahaha, you're a lot braver than I am for that to be honest! I used to cringe at my early posts on MGSF whilst the forum was still active. I'm sure if I went back and read my messages now I'd actually crawl up my own arse!
All good though bro, no need for thanks! I was also a 13 year old starting my own shitty little org at one point too so I knew the pain!
We were never just putting up with you though, I always found your posts entertaining- granted not always for the right reasons, but still!!

It's quite clear this is a dating site, right? "Metal Gear Solid Integral" is an anagram of "Tinder gamer aligns to digital realm" after all.

Thank goodness this forum is too political for fact-checking.
I just uncovered an old PM from Flying Spaghetti Monster A Worthless Piece Of Shit (I assume that name change was your work Null ? Although my favourite was always Useless Prick) asking me to join his org. His selling point was "we just lost my favourite members Ev and Suede but you'll have access to Org Chat again".
