The E33 community is fucking awful. It's my personal GOTY and I personally hope it wins, but I wouldn't mind seeing the meltdown on Reddit if it doesn't.

Yeah you're basically right on the money except it's too hot for the trench coat right now, my zippo is brass, and there are zero attractive femme fatales that lead to the case going deeper than I originally thought. The job generally does give me an excuse to talk to some good looking people on the streets though, however briefly. Oh and there's no office, that part is definitely a little disappointing.

Yeah I had a vacation to a nice cool place by Lake Superior two weeks ago. Lovely temps between upper 50's and mid 70's (in freedom units). 

I like silver colors more than gold. Have one chrome and one black zippo, even though I don't smoke. 

No office? Good thing I stopped when I did. I was going to have another woman come by that you knew was trouble when you saw her standing outside your office window, but your office window was on the third floor.

Man that sounds great. I haven't had much of any vacation since I've been job hunting up until recently, of course. Even had a chance to go to the Outer Banks for a week but turned it down because I was starting to freak out a little bit.

I'm not too hot on gold accents or color schemes either, but I made an exception for this Zippo. According to some online Zippo enthusiasts, for whatever reason the solid brass ones seem to hold fuel for longer. I can't explain it but I've had four Zippos in my life and this one is easily the most reliable and I feel like I don't have to fill it up that much. But maybe that's just me giving into superstition too easily.

You know, if you really want to believe that this job has me being sexily propositioned by various mysterious women, I am 100% fine with you believing that. Let's just lean into it.

Well Gene had a chlamydia and gonorrhoea test, commonly called an STD panel. The way I know them to be done is via PCR testing, which looks for the pathogen's DNA! They can be done with a bit of urine from the man or woman, or by a swab up there which is usually only done on women. I will say in my experience, women tend to get these done more often than men. Other STDs are different tests from either urine or blood serum. 🤓
