Saw the movie the other day, and man. I agree with @Jassassino I myself enjoyed majority of the movie. But I felt the second half of the movie could've been handled differently. This is definitely a "true" sense of what Spiderman is, but after 3 Spiderman and friends films. I am not really eager to watch Tom Holland's Spiderman as much. This was a nice change of pace. I hope they're able to let go of the whole "MCU" and let Spiderman be Spiderman.

We binged the Tom Holland Spider-Man movies last week with my son in preparation for Brand New Day. Just got out from it an hour or so ago and wow, read great impressions across the board but didn't think it'd fully live up to what I had read but I thought it was incredible. Feel like I need to watch it again incredible.

A bit less comedy than the previous trailer, but it looks even more Street Fighter-y. The more absurd moves the better.

The Mandalorian movie was actually a lot better than I expected. Yes, it's blatantly three or four normal length episode scripts stapled together. And yes, some of the creature effects (Hutts especially) look very much unfinished. And while there's not much to think about - this isn't Andor - the movie has a lot of heart. I'm surprised to see so much of the fandom piling on it as "the worst one". It's certainly not going near the top of my list, but it's a solid couple of hours worth spending in the galaxy. Good action, fanservice aplenty, and above all else - it attempts to evoke emotion through the characters. If you can suspend your disbelief and have empathy for puppets (as Star Wars has done for so very long), it's a decent watch.

Nathan Fielder just casually carrying on his, "he's done *WHAT* now?!" streak. How Elizabeth Holmes thought this was a good idea is beyond me but maybe that says a lot about her.

It's sitting on 34% on RT, the right area for glorious schlock. I might go see it this Sunday. If not then definitely next weekend.
