Rewatched Mad Max: Fury Road last night. Been a long while since I first watched it, it was the first thing I watched when I got a 4K TV but it was just a Netflix stream. I don't actually have a 4K copy but have a Blu-ray copy and even that looks and sounds phenomenal. Such an incredibly well-paced and gorgeous action movie.

Seeing that movie in the cinema was one of the most exhilarating theatre experiences of my entire life. George Miller is a MASTER. BTW, former Black Flag bassist Kira Roessler was part of the Oscar winning sound editing team for that movie! Always thought that was a dope detail, haha. The punks are winning!

Watched Sinners again earlier, first time at home. What a fucking movie! Love that Jack O'Connell is starting to blow up. I've been watching him since he was like 16 and he's one of the most ferociously talented actors I've ever seen.
