Squatted four plates, deadlifted five, and then started doing rolling fasts to lose 34lbs in about a month and a half. 16-26lbs left to go I think. Preserved all my muscle mass so far. Every isolation movement has remained the same or improved.
2025 has been an incredible year. Like Wayno though, I need a lot of sunlight or I completely shut down. My energy and motivation completely disappear. The real battle has only just begun. Doing everything I can to fight this this winter.
Turns out insulin control is the only way to lose significant weight and keep it off with ease(And fasting is the quickest way to fix your insulin sensitivity). Telling people to drop calories but keep carbs and often extremely unhealthy foods in the diet is what's killing the west. I'm not qualified. Don't listen to me unless you want to die. Consult your doctor and all that.
My best fast was four days but I'm aiming to destroy that soon. Something much more radical is in store. Thank you for letting me brag about it all.
