Is your first image saying that Foxhound and Dead Cell had a war and the result was the birth of GRU?

Yeah don’t quite remember what that’s about. Was GRU born from a dislike of the org war or something? Kestrel

I remember the "war" (Granin basically insulting everyone every time he was on) but thought GRU was already set up by that point. Maybe I'm wrong and they appeared around the time it was going on.
