It's still a thing. It shifted into its 5th generation in 2021which was CG and just didn't really make any noise. It obviously still has its fans but Friendship is Magic was the show that rocketed it into the whole brony phenomenon and after that show ended they're now about as loud as any fandom of a finished show?
