I finished Persona 5 Royal and got the platinum. It was really good. I did buy the original PS4 version back in 2017, but didn't play much of it. I never thought I'd ever get around to finishing it, let alone get the platinum. The soundtrack is great, I liked the characters. I enjoyed the story. The game oozes style. One of things I didn't care for, though, is how long it is, especially with the extra semester at the end. The pacing was a real slog at times which probably means I won't bother playing it again. I also thought the battle system was just OK, I think for me it just lacked some omph, it leans more goofy and slapstick. I like battle systems to have impact and feel kinda epic. More of a me problem I guess.

But anyway, highly recommended if you like JRPGs.

Also, if anyone wants to know, I romanced Makoto.
