I'm a couple years late to this topic, but anyone else 1 achievement short of everything in MGSV? I've never built a nuke. I know it doesn't really matter anymore, but I kinda like keeping it that way

My last achievement was actually getting all the animals as for some reason the common gerbil was incredibly elusive until the last.

I respect your commitment to the anti-nuke message. You are playing as Big Boss though, so canonically the nukes come whether you make 'em or not!
