 I know some die hard Crash fans had issues with the N. Sane Trilogy.

Who are these people? I just want to have a chat.

Always felt like Team Crash or Team Spyro back in the day, you had to pick a side. I was always a Crash boy so I never played Spyro on PS1, but the Reignited Trilogy was great and I'm surprised it's taken them 8 years to capitalise on it.

It was people who were very very into the original games who had issues with how the physics felt in the remake.

Yeah I was Team Crash as a kid too. It's kind of funny how perfectly the two of them work together though. They fit in one another's world far better than a lot of other platformer rivals would. Crash Fusion on the GBA was the limit of my Spyro knowledge as a kid.
