Spyro the Dragon - Dirty Duck - 10-06-2026 I never played Spyro as a kid but I've been playing through the original game recently and it's clear how he became so beloved. Great to see a new entry amidst this year's mad flood of remake announcements. Did anyone play the Reignited Trilogy? Was it considered a good remake? I know some die hard Crash fans had issues with the N. Sane Trilogy. RE: Spyro the Dragon - Null - 10-06-2026 I platinumed the reignited trilogy, genuinely loved it. I'm very excited to see how this new game plays out RE: Spyro the Dragon - Bread - 10-06-2026 (Yesterday, 09:40 AM)Dirty Duck Wrote: I know some die hard Crash fans had issues with the N. I was always a Crash boy so I never played Spyro on PS1, but the Reignited Trilogy was great and I'm surprised it's taken them 8 years to capitalise on it. It was people who were very very into the original games who had issues with how the physics felt in the remake. Yeah I was Team Crash as a kid too. It's kind of funny how perfectly the two of them work together though. They fit in one another's world far better than a lot of other platformer rivals would. Crash Fusion on the GBA was the limit of my Spyro knowledge as a kid. |
