Question: About the shots snake takes...i don't get it. (and his seizures)

why he takes it? i mean i get it (at least, i think i get the reason) that he takes it every time the system interferes with his first gen neno machines...as naomi told us already.

yet, the question is why when liquid - back in the middle east (or back in south america) severd the  pmc's soldier's of their nanno machines, it counts as an inteference of the system to that of snake's first gen nannos?

also specifically, why in the timestamp i attached it happens? the seizure i mean...

Snake is aging extremly fast due to him being a clone and his body is breaking down. The shots help him to stay in the fight and to keep the nano machines under control. As a mechanic I think thats the reason but as a symbol id say its alot to show that Snake is getting old and his past his prime time but he is still pushing his body over the limit.

yeah that's it. you are right. but what i do not understand is:
1. why back in the middle east (for example) the system interferes with his first gen nanno? first gen nanno doesn't have the system in it after all.
2. why in the timestamp i sent, just before snake fights raging raven, he has a sizure as well like back in the middle east?
