Are Hearts big Hibs rivals? Apologies for the ignorance but I'm poor in my knowledge on scottish football

Yeah...two (main) Edinburgh clubs; similar size of fan-bases and size of stadiums. We played last weekend, Hearts won 2-1, we were one up after 15 minutes then our goalkeeper got sent off. Still leading after half time then our right back got a second yellow, so we were down to 9. Turns out really hard to win a derby with 9 men (with your second choice goalkeeper forced to play).
