This rests entirely on my flawed, sleep-deprived interpretation of the rules and roles.
I am of the belief that Agent is innocent/town/etc, and the role he's implying to be is probably correct.
I vote yes on Aragorn.

That's enough to execute him, right?

Right, Agent has nominated Aragorn and I'm assuming that's also a vote for him (the nominee does not have to vote for their own nomination) based on the comments.
Trawling through I can see Jassassino and starschwar have also voted for Aragorn. 3 votes is enough to put him up on the block. I would encourage those undecided to still register their vote.
If you are convinced of guilt of any nomination but haven't voted despite the threshold being met, remember more votes makes the nominations more likely not to be surpassed.
Aragorn or anyone else (not dead) can put up a counter nomination. Ideally this would be after everyone has decided on Aragorn but with this dragging I'm happy to speed up the process
It will take 3 votes to tie with Aragorn and take him off the block and 4 to replace him. If there is no tie or someone taking his place he will be executed and will die and we will move in to the next night phase.

I can't nominate because I'm dead but I'm going to save my dead vote and just let this play out no matter who else is nominated. I think I am more comfortable with Aragorn dying than anyone else although I don't find Agent's claim to innocence convincing since at least it will give us some more information hopefully.

No to Aragorn.
My hand has been forced into this - but under further thinking it’s pointless not to role claim at this stage, especially in my case since I believe the Imp has tried for me before.
I am The Mayor. I believe the Imp tried to shank me during the first cycle, which is why Prick ended up dead. It’s the only rationalization I have for the most inactive member being killed off at the start of this game, with a (relatively) unimpactful role.
It’s a tough game and it’s hard to say where we should go from here, but all I can say with absolute certainty is I am no imp.
If I was to put forward what i think is happening, I think we're giving Agent a hefty benefit of the doubt when we might instead be seeing a very risky gambit by the demon.
Agent has:
1. Gone heavy on me without much mechanical evidence to back up his claims. ''Joke'' nomination in the first cycle, and most likely a kill attempt at night that instead nabbed Prick instead. His process of ''logically'' pinning me for death is bravado and nothing of substance. As for why he might go for me when he tried to nominate me in the day phase? because we all think he's too good at this game to make such an obvious play, and because he framed it as a joke.
2. His biggest substantiator is Starch with a vague role claim. Starch is equally suspect, I will outlie why below.
3. He has outright stated that for him to be the imp, he'd have to work with Jass or Starch. Jass is cleared considering he went in on him day 1 and has been cleared through multiple instances, but if you all remember - Agent & Starch seem to have had a brief slip in regards to using PMs in this game. Misunderstanding of the rules, or a slip up because they're in cahoots and have been PMing each other already?
Quoting Starch:
'' Can I get some quotes to make it more clear what it is you've said to indicate your role in action? If that's not something you think should be done in "public", PM me, please.'' - Page 12
4. Now you might say ''but how are they risking it all on roles not in play?'' do keep in mind, dear reader, that the imp can bluff claim untaken roles in this game. THIS IS CRITICAL. They're not taking a risk as the Demon & his minion, because they know what unplayed roles are at play. Agent has constantly put emphasis on luck for his ploy, which would make him innocent, but it is no luck at all. Let me quote Wayno here:
'' The game takes place with day and night phases. Before the game starts everyone will be given their randomly assigned roles. During the first night the relevant Townsfolk will be given the information their role requires and the Evil team will be told who the other team members are and given three bluffs of which characters are not in play. This will be handled by PM with me.'' - Original Post, Page 1.
I think we need to evaluate and look closer at this pairing. You are all being hoodwinked and are about to put an innocent on the block for no solid reason.
Yes to Agent.

Once the Storyteller has the names, they respond with either "One of these players registers as the demon to you." Or, "None of these players registers as the demon to you."
