Didn't expect something like this so soon after DS2. Very exciting. I wonder if we'll get to see OD in action? I've heard some Chinese whispers originating from people in the industry that OD is Kojima's most daring work since MGS2 and that it does weird shit like using third party apps to progress the story. The leaked gameplay didn't really give much away so it would be great to get a taste of what gameplay might look like.

Really hope so - if it's true that it's pushing the idea of interconnectivity in games and how you're 'meant' to play it is inverted in the way players would usually expect, I think it'll be a really fascinating title. Really hoping it pushes some other parts of the industry to innovate in a similar way (not necessarily with third party apps etc. but I'm feeling nostalgic lately for ARG marketing campaigns and companion apps, and I'd love to see some of it come back).

Can't see it being much other than OD too. Too early for Physint unless he's announcing a celebrity to be in it (although he has been posting about Robert Pattinson a lot lately...), said last week that he's not keen on the idea of doing DLC for DS2.

Not really sure what I'm expecting from OD, the talk of it being a game but also a movie as well and being a brand new, never before seen media form makes me apathetic already. He says this type of stuff about everything he makes being groundbreaking and the Hollywood influence on his work has become a bit too much sometimes already.

OD Summer is coming to rival Pokémon Go Summer, a companion app with constant transfarring capabilities between players to exchange experimental drugs as long as you walk past each other. The more alleyways you go down, the more points contributed to the shared collective Hollywood style ending with Robert Pattinson.
