Physint: Physint
#51
If MS play their cards right, they really could finally turn the table on Sony. All the factors to do that are just there. They were even there before Physint nearly getting axed by Sony. These 2 upcoming years are really crucial for the shape of the gaming industry for 10 years to come.

So a 2032 release date for a Kojima game that's not even begun active development seems positively fast!

But on a more serious ious note-what, are Sony not going to fund any games? Is it the end of the exclusive? It's not wrong that video games as an industry is cannibalising itself with AAAA game production being the only way studios are willing to go-but if that's what is happening why not at least do it properly? It's not like Sony will use the money they saved shelving Physint to fund a dozen smaller, leaner titles. They'll just funnel it into a similarly scoped project by a less visionary director.

Or they'll just keep trying to break the GAAS market for some reason even though something as monstrously successful as Fortnite has been somehow losing Epic money.
