It was actually an unreasonably tense encounter. He stared me down, reminded me of covid (as if I have short term memory loss), pointed out the queue for the other toilet and the space between the people in it (the front queuer was further forward than he was), and kept insisting I step back while staying completely still staring at me. The toilet became free and he was still staring at me so I told him to fuck off and go in the toilet since that's what we were all waiting for and he hit me with "I'm going into the toilet because I want to, not because you're telling me to" before someone from the other queue cut in front of him since he wasn't going in. When the toilet was eventually free again he said "...you should have stepped back" before finally going in.
