I spoke to the place I got mine from as the box was fairly damaged when it arrived and they were like “I can send a collection but we will not be able to replace it” sooooo I guess I’m going straight to Nintendo

Donkey Kong Bananza was already the game on Switch 2 I was looking forward to the most right now, but I'm even more hyped now after the direct.

I almost don’t want to watch because I already know I have to pick it up and it’s so nice to be surprised by games like this. Hopefully will have a functional Switch 2 again by release.

Has anyone here tested Witcher 3 on the Switch 2? Does the game look/run any better on it?

I really want Bananza despite having not had time to get through most of the games I’m playing right now. Granted it being on Switch 2 means I’ll be able to play it on commutes and stuff. Maybe I’ll pick it up once I’m done with Deltarune.
I’ve avoided watching anything about the game since the first few bits but I find it very funny how people managed to predict Pauline would be in it based purely on the fact this random rock character was everywhere and they thought it felt like a stand in lol

It’s likely just a result of it being by the same team but it looks more like a Mario Odyssey successor than a follow up to any DK game from what I’ve seen. And Mario Odyssey had issues but the movement and world design was great. That being said have you played Tropical Freeze? It’s just a great platformer and is co-op too.
And lol did they really say that? I mean good to be honest I guess but yeah not great for their first console exclusive single player game. I did see the comparison image from when it was being developed for the original Switch.

Wasn't expecting a Metacritic score in the 90s, fair play. I thought DK simply didn't have the aura, but here I am being proven wrong.
