MGS1 level editor and playable bosses
#1
I've been following these two projects religiously ever since someone first shared them with me because the modding scene for MGS1 is getting nuts in the best possible way. First and most exciting for me is the fact that MGS1 modders are in the process of creating a full blown level editor. Supposedly it's available on github but isn't fully finished yet nor is there any kind of tutorial on how to make it work.

The more fleshed out and exciting one for most people is the playable boss mode, which, contrary to what I was expecting, isn't just a skin swap. These guys went the extra mile in giving each boss their own unique movesets and animations. Gray Fox in particular is his VR mode on steroids and I'm here for it.

Holy shit, I can finally recreate those dreams I have of MGS1! Assuming this project actually does get released, though.

I was impressed when I saw they managed to turn the Cyborg Ninja into a playable character in the main game, with all his moves and weapons a few weeks earlier.
I didn't know they went the extra mile and did the other characters. The level editor could be really interesting, to make specialized campaigns for them. Thanks for the info!
