Ground Zeroes app Motherbase Builder mini game private server

Hi,

I wanted to post about a preservation project I’ve been working on for the Metal Gear Solid V Ground Zeroes Companion App and its Mother Base mini-game.

I've reversed engineered the code and have stable versions running now for the BlueStacks emulator and native Android phones, albeit it, older phones with 32bit processors.

The project currently includes things like restored Mother Base progression, online save backups, device migration using restore codes, restored cassette/audio functionality, Mother Base rankings, and the ability to unlock the original console bonus characters.

The project is completely free and is being done purely for preservation and my love of the game.

I just wanted to share it you all as Metal Gear fans

This is sick. I'm an iPhone user so I'm guessing there's not really any way for me to utilise this, but really cool project. Feels like the era of companion apps is behind us a bit and it's a shame how many cool ones have just become unusable now that support stopped and newer phone models often don't support older apps.

The iPhone version was heavily encrypted so I think it's probably not possible...yet.

You can play it on Windows or Mac by using the BlueStacks emulator. Theres a guide on the site if you are interested.
