I think the sad part is, while you got conservatives eager to say "oh they're just joking, have a sense of humor!" We know they aren't. Their politics reflect that. One of these idiots said, "Pretend we're their friend then lure them in the gas chamber!" Well, look at how they used Cubans and gay conservatives, both have since been stabbed in the back quite thoroughly by the right after letting them champion Trump all election cycle. Now, you have conservatives gleefully pushing to overturn Obergefell v. Hodges, which, after Roe, wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility, especially since SCOTUS has hinted they're open to it and just as eager to end gay marriage.

The policies being enacted by this regime reflect their hatred of black people, and as anyone with half a brain knows, actions speak louder than words. "They don't really think rape is epic." Yes, they do, because the policies right wingers have enacted since Roe reflects that they value the rights of rapists more than women who get raped and don't want to carry a rape baby to term, especially since you have some lawmakers calling for any women who get an abortion to be executed.

In this same chat thread, you have these deranged conservatives saying they want to push people to suicide. "They're just joking!" conservative liars lie shamelessly and cynically. Well, is it a joke when they successfully push a number of trans people to suicide by hounding them out of public life? By making them feel unsafe to be in public because they've spent all year demonizing these people and making them the enemy of children despite all evidence pointing towards conservatives and conservative policies being the biggest threat to kids? There's a direct correlation between conservative policies and trans people losing all hope and killing themselves as a result of it, and some very direct, such as cutting off funding to hospitals that provide any sort of gender-affirming care. Something many trans people have cited saved their lives, something which doesn't affect anyone, but if right wingers don't like it? No one can have it. They're just joking, except they aren't.

For as much as right wingers en masse love to clutch their pearls and whine about everyone calling them fascists and nazis, when you take away all pretense? Right wingers truly are horrible, disgusting, evil people. Their entire worldview isn't just "I want to live in a bygone era." It's, "I want to make your life objectively worse because I hate you for being different from me." Theirs are the policies that have caused this spike in mass shootings, which didn't used to occur until Bush's SCOTUS overturned the AR-15 ban. Their policies have resulted in the deaths of a lot more than those three women in Texas from the abortion ban. It's right wingers who spur the feeble-minded lunatics who support them into sending death threats to poll workers, assassinating democratic lawmakers, and even killing their own, as the freak who tried to kill Trump proved, and most likely, as Tyler Robinson proved when he gave Charlie Kirk the Godfather police chief treatment.

Their entire policy platform is inherently violent towards everyone who isn't them because it causes harm in some form or another to everyone. It ensures wages can't keep up with cost of living, thus, people can't afford necessities like health insurance. Basic human health options become restricted. Foreign labor decreases because, after what happened in Georgia, why would any other foreign nation invest in building within the U.S. knowing this fascistic regime will just send ICE to raid warehouses Trump himself wanted made? And when our own people lack the skills or willingness to do a lot of these jobs, we end up having to import more, which subsequently increases prices on goods because we're taking in less domestically. And in a nation where an increasing number of Americans can't comfortably afford a $480 emergency expense, that puts a bigger stranglehold on Americans. We're a country with supposed free speech and the right to peacefully protest, where the president is now saying if anyone attends our No Kings protest on Saturday, they're all terrorists.

But surely, he's just joking too, as many republicans would say and are already saying. He doesn't mean it and most certainly doesn't exact policies that reflect he means what he rambles.
