I'm so sorry but is it against the rules to talk about what happened to Metalgearlegacy?
I had no idea it even shut down until Wayno invited me to this one. I didn't check in very often so I'm really out of the loop

Nah I think it's fine. To sum it up briefly, one of the owners brought up a political discussion in one of the chat threads. That went on for a few more posts and involved a good few of us either contributing or just stating how things were where we are. Then the person that brought up that topic in the first place singled out Dirty Duck and had a go at him saying that it wasn't a political forum and "we don't want to hear that type of shit here" sort of thing. Max (understandably) got pissed off and pointed out the hypocrisy and said he wasn't dealing with it and said he was going and then that person banned him IIRC. Regardless I think tr0nic then called out his bullshit and said Max didn't do anything wrong and said he was leaving, I said much the same and that I was at the very least gonna dissappear for a while, and so did a few others. Think it went dark pretty soon after that when it was basically a whole forum for 2 people at that stage.
