Ah, Heli. It’s great to see you and have you back. You were always a gentleman and a scholar IMO, I don’t remember you being a dick.

Then again, I was a dick as well so maybe I just couldn’t tell.

That diagnosis is heavy, man. How are you doing with it?

It is what it is, basically. I used to rail against it, hated hearing the words as it felt so... final. But a lot of therapy later, and I realised I've been schizophrenic on some level my entire life, I can't imagine life another way, because this is my reality. I was born this way, I just made it worse through my actions (drug use). 

All I can do now is try to live the best life I can.
