Do we know when the animated film etc is due to come out? I haven’t looked into it too much and don’t know a lot about it other than it’s supposed to be happening. 

I’ve created a thread in the spoiler forum, but I’m all alone in there for the time being it seems! 😂

I didn't even know it was meant to be animated? All I saw was that it was announced but have not heard anything else since. Idk if it'll be an adaptation of DS1 or if it's an original story set in the universe. I'd prefer the latter honestly. I'd like to see how this world looks like from someone else's perspective

There’s two separate projects, there’s the live action that will likely be an adaptation and an “original animated film.”
We discussed a couple of ideas in that thread but yeah it’s a real mystery what it’ll be about. Also has Norman Reedus been confirmed as cast for the A24 film? LOL
