When I worked at Regatta very briefly, most of my time was spent chasing Hermes asking where the absolute fuck their drivers put the parcel.

I asked my manager why do we use them and she said they offer to do it at such a lower rate than other firms it's worth the risk of a potential hit to reputation. We'd always provide a free DPD delivery code if things went really badly.

That’s the thing really, they make the services dirt cheap and pay the workers like shit and it just results in a terrible service but tons of profit for them
