Darjeeling Limited is one by him that really stuck with me. I’ve also not liked anything since maybe? I didn’t really like Grand Budapest Hotel, Isle of Dogs, or Asteroid City (though a scene in it had me laughing well beyond what was appropriate in the cinema)

But I haven’t rewatched Darjeeling in a while. I need to tbh to see if I still rate it. Rushmore and Bottle Rocket are ones I like too.

I actually really liked Grand Budapest Hotel, but it does definitely feel it was the beginning of him making movies that feel less personal and more focused on having a certain aesthetic or style.
