Bro really thinks they’ll ever let him make a film 😂

It's definitely going to happen at some stage. He's spent so many years befriending Hollywood directors like George Miller, Guillermo del Toro and Nicolas Winding Refn alongside sucking up to so many actors that I can't see it not happening.

Idk man these guys don’t exactly all have an easy time even getting their own films made when they have iconic filmographies behind them. Miller had to fight tooth and claw to get Furiosa made and unfortunately it flopped. Kojima has the makings of the most awkward film director ever. Don’t get me wrong I’d love to see what he comes up with as an original film idea but I don’t think his film friends are that helpful to him when he’d likely end up working with someone like A24 again if it happens.

That's exactly why I think he'll get the chance though. I can see him being looked at by execs as a guy who has movie-like creations already that likes OTT Hollywood action and has a big following, while at the same time someone at lower key studios would think he'd be a slightly risky but worthwhile shot especially given his connections. His clumsy nature is perfect!
