The demon pair's hypothesis is that the culprits are me and Star, and we claimed some middling roles early. Plausible so far. Then Null is nominated by someone else and instead of letting the lynch proceed I change my mind and keep him alive for some reason. Despite knowing he's the soldier and that's the only way to actually kill him.

And why did you change your mind? Who prompted Null to reveal the information that made letting him die become a suspicious act?

You've said your ability doesn't really give you much advantage so why not straight up role claim? A less useful role if anything will make you a less likely pick for the demon kill and you can't be in any worse of a position than you are now surely. I'm your neighbour but my ability isn't based on who I'm sat next to so right now I have no info available about who you are, but I have reasons to trust certain people rn.

Only after that did you change your vote. Before that you didn't seem to care whether Null seemed suspicious or not, and actively said you didn't think he was.

I might as well mention that my "random" day one nomination wasn't entirely for jokes.



The demons scheming via PM system rules out some combinations that would be in contact with the GM via phone number/WhatsApp anyway (I don't know this obviously i'm just presuming). 6pm in Kuwait makes sense and it's also just something Aragorn would do. It's not much but it wasn't entirely random.

Why would Wayno's post make your nomination of Aragorn not random? It's also 3pm in the UK, and we've definitely all been playing the game around that time at some point. Aragorn is also a member that you've schemed with over WhatsApp before when you were both mafia in a chat with me, so by your same metagame logic Aragorn/Duck is one of those combinations that should be ruled out...unless you think we are especially enamoured with the PM system here?

I assumed it was because Star had received the role as info in particular, so he didn't want to be too obvious and let on about it to prevent Aragorn early pre-emptively counter claiming.

I didn't mean early on, that made perfect sense. I mean the past few pages where people have been asking and nobody had been saying.
