Favorite Missions?

I dont remember any favorite missions yet and I will update this thread when I do, it was a long time ago I played MGS5. There is this mission / scene thats been stuck in my head forever. Its when we go into this hospital zone and we have to execute / kill all of our soldiers there that caught some kind of parasite if I remember correctly? That scene has haunted me for so many years, really unpleasent.
