MGF: The Tournament

Gentlemen, this is now the Elite Eight of the tournament. Truly those about to go in are much beloved by the community. Let's see who has the honors:

Tekken beats Doom 5-1
Crash and GTA tie with Crash winning 3-3
Resident Evil beats Street Fighter 4-2
Legend of Zelda barely beats Soul Caliber 5-4
Pokemon beat God of War 8-1
Devil May Cry beats Civilization 7-1
Metal Geat bats Assassin's Creed 6-3

Notes:

• For the first times, MGS had some votes against it. Losing momentum the farther along we go?
  
• Doom finally didn't tie something...and lost.
  
• Tekken seems to be our favorite fighting game, but Soul Caliber almost made it.
  

So here's your Elite Eight: Final Fantasy, Tekken, Crash Bandicoot, Resident Evil, Legend of Zelda, Pokemon, Devil May Cry, and Metal Gear Solid.

Time to make my Final Four and Championship predictions:

I think FF will beat Tekken
I think RE will beat Crash
I think Pokemon will beat LOZ
I think MGS will beat DMC.

So my Final Four will be FF vs RE and Pokemon vs MGS.

I think for my Championship will be....RE vs MGS. They're both classics with that amount of anime cheese that we seem to love. I predict MGS beats RE... say 5-3?
