Doom and Halo tied, which is funny since they're a bit of a mirror match. Still don't know how it handles ties, but Doom won.

Crash Bandicoot swept MediEvil 6-0 (sorry, Heli)
GTA finished Mortal Kombat 4-2
Resident Evil beat Half Life 4-1
Street Fighter beat Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4-2
The Legend of Zelda beats Bayonetta 7-1
Soul Caliber beats Sonic the Hedgehog 5-3
God of War swept Mafia 7-0
Pokemon swept Gran Turismo 8-0
Devil May Cry beats the Elder Scrolls 5-3
Civilization barely beats Star Wars 4-3
Assassin's Creed beats Mass Effect 5-3
Metal Gear sweeps Bioshock 8-0

Notes:

• Doom has tied its opponent in both rounds.
  
• MGS has swept its competition in both rounds and is a favorite of mine to make it to the Championship matchup.
