Difficult controlling it in places but it was fun, although what felt like a focus on action over puzzles and survival horror did disappoint me a bit. I liked when things got a bit creepier towards the end but it was very brief.
Deciding now whether to buy and play RE5 (€5 on PS Store now and have someone to play it with), or play RE7 with a view to getting Requiem soonish (was suggested to me by someone), or just go back to Ghost of Yotei. Don't want too much on my plate with Crimson Desert out next month as I like leaving a bit of a gap before a release I'm actually getting on day one and have been excited for for a long while, so maybe Yotei is sensible even if I'm not fully feeling it just now.
How come you went with the Wii version? Does it add motion controls?
For a few reasons the general view is that the Wii port is the best version of RE4. It has motion controls so shooting can be pretty awkward at first but when you get used to it it's fun. You also have waggle controls (running away from boulders or dodging special enemies). Add into that that it has Separate Ways, Assignment: Ada and The Mercenaries that unlock when you finish the game.
