MGF Mafia 3: The Woodsboro Murders
The only choices we really have here are to do the blind lynch we avoided on the first day or do no lynch and let the killers claim another victim. Nobody has any leads and none are going to appear right now.

Maybe to avoid this kind of theorising we should pick someone who wasn't targeted on the first day though.

I want to do this tbh but the only problem is that this will give us a 10 players list to choose from rather than 2. I admit that Null built a very strong case  that it seems like Aragorn was saved on purpose on day 1, but I seriously have a gut feeling he’s innocent and was saved so that we’d be without any leads on day 2. This is why I think most of the mafia (if not all of them) were on the no lynch train.

I may have been right about Roger after all?

I reviewed your posts and you miscounted. 7 voted for no lynch.

Is there really a strong case that Aragorn was purposely saved? The main argument against lynching him was 'let's not dogpile someone for no reason'. And 'I think Aragorn was purposely saved by mafia looking out for each other but I don't actually think he's mafia so let's not lynch him anymore' is a bit incoherent to me. Honestly the fact bb88 and null were both on the lynch Aragorn train and are now both deflecting suspicion by inventing a seemingly fictitious pro-Aragorn (as opposed to anti-potshots) faction has me pretty suspicious.

To clarify I don't think the idea that Aragorn was saved from being lynched because he was a killer has a strong case at all. It could be true but it's really just total conjecture with no evidence for it. I just think we should lynch someone and at least it's some kind of theory.

But if the killing of Aragorn by chance will set us up for conflict within the town in the next day phase (which it really seems like it will) then maybe we should pick a target that feels more random.

Jass - dead
BK - had a flimsy reason for suggesting Roger on day 1
bb88 - volume of posting suggests innocence
Aragorn - would care a lot more about the game if he was mafia, or had a gun
Roger - claims some misunderstanding of the rules
Annoying Prick - same I think, though I can't remember, he edited his post 4 times
Roy - was assumed to not even be playing
Gibbs, Null and Wayno - bandwagon'd on Aragorn, otherwise appear neutral
Star - the most non-committal so far, enough reason to lynch him tbh
Weavo - mystery guest, could be an AI agent. Has soft roleclaimed though I have no idea who, i've only seen the first movie
The Duck - won't even tell us how many mafia there are, making analysis difficult

great point. Henry have you ever seen an unlicensed firearm?

You misunderstood. I’m not the one saying mafia saved him because he’s one of them. I’m saying that mafia saved him because they want us to go back and forth day 2, 3 and beyond. This way this could keep manipulating the voting by using him as a decoy. That’s my theory.

It was Null who theorized that it seems like a mafia save because he might be mafia. (Which could be right btw but there’s no proof)
