Just watched Sing Sing. Fantastic watch, wanted to catch it in theatre on release but seemed to have a very short run and I didn't get the chance.

Watched Ocean Waves. Really liked it, certainly gave me From Up On Poppy Hill vibes (for obvious reasons as well as some less obvious) which I really like too.

I like Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater!
For the last year and a bit, I've been bringing a tablet with me to work and watching TV on my lunch break. I've been watching the 2005 Battlestar Galactica show and I love it to bits. I'm over halfway through the third season currently.
I've also been showing my girlfriend Twin Peaks, it's my third run of it and she's never seen it

Where I’ve seen it before they’ll sometimes watch episodes without me though so there’s a couple of gaps of a couple of episodes. Unfortunately 2x08 and 2x09 are among them. I’ll probably watch those again in my own time as they’re some of the best imo
Will definitely be catching Fire Walk With Me in the cinema at some point when we’re wrapped up with S2.

The first half of S2 was really special, it's too bad the second half is such a hard slog. We have the last 2 episodes of S2 then I'll show her Fire Walk With Me and The Missing Pieces. I fucking love FWWM but I feel like my girlfriend won't like it.
We've also been watching 1923, I got sick of Yellowstone towards the last few seasons but I thought 1883 was pretty solid. However I find 1923 a bit boring honestly

Not currently watching but hey Imma talk about it anyway. They've recast Dewie in the Malcolm in the Middle reboot. I'd rather they wrote the character out tbh. Well, I'd rather not have a reboot but MitM is one of, if not, my absolute favourite show of all time and I think every character is perfectly cast and this near forty year old man cannot cope with this travesty.

I am not excited for any of these mid-2000s American sitcom reboots. They're supposedly rebooting Scrubs too, which is arguably my favourite show of all time, and I have no doubt it's going to be terrible.

Aww man that fucking sucks. I loved that show growing up. it would be so easy to just write him out, they just need a few lines in the first episode about how "he lives overseas for work" or some shit.
I gotta say though, I do really respect Erik Per Sullivan for really not budging about not wanting to come out of retirement. People have been wanting him to show his face again for years and he still hasn't

I too loved Scrubs dearly. I do think a reboot could still be better than the last couple of seasons I watched, though. No Ted will be a massive shame.

He was an accomplished pianist, he could be dismissed so quickly with "he's stuck on tour with the Vienna orchestra" and leave it at that. But I'm guessing the dynamic or the reboot is going to be a role reversal of Hal and Lois being a pain to their kids and they want to use all of them. Good thing it's the other Masterson twin who is currently locked up and not the one who plays Francis.
I'm willing to accept one Walter White reference or an appearance from Bob Odenkirk or Aaron Paul after that they all get eye rolls.

I've been itching to rewatch Scrubs again for a while. Leelee got me a DVD set years ago but then it was available to stream which I figured would be better, but then I read that the digital versions changed a massive amount of music used in the series which is genuinely sacrilegious. Thank you based god goodness for physical media.
