What an excellent episode that penultimate episode was. Absolute masterclass is building tension.

Only up to episode 5 right now, but this is much better than I was expecting. I really enjoyed the Netflix series way back although didn't think I really cared for more after such a long time, but I guess not.

Enjoyed the finale for what it was, though it certainly felt like more of a setup for Season 2 than anything else.

Hoping the "we need an army" is going to be the catalyst for re-introducing the Defenders. I want my girl Jessica Jones back in the fold

I absolutely loved this season.  It got kinda shaky for me at points but when it rebounded, it hit hard.  The finale was an excellent "to be continued" even if I tend to want some proper closure, but I also understand that the episode count is smaller than the Netflix show, and if it means a more fleshed out part 2 as well as a really fun Punisher special, I'm okay with it.

Wasn't expecting Terrifier 3 levels of gore for that scene, but it worked well to cement how legitimately terrifying Fisk can be.

Yeah this was a good season, there were moments where it felt like two different shows (which makes sense considering the major rewrites this had) and the finale was great, but it stank of mid-season finale way more than a season end.

It's got me super excited for Season 2 though, to get into the real meat and potatoes of it.
