When’s an acceptable time to start offering your coworkers out for scraps?

Feels dead strange for me going to work and not being called a cunt before breakfast.

At our place when we have a big cross department meeting it's called "All Hands," if you have one of these as well you could take it literally and offer it there. Or strike first and say you assumed it was implied.
