I remember in my early 20s I chugged three cans of Red Bull in under a few hours and when I was sat down ready to start work I could see my foot tapping away furiously and autonomously. I stopped drinking them in general not long after. I switched to caffeine tablets (which have a far higher caffeine content) and never experienced anything like what I did with Red Bull. I still wonder what the ingredient that was in it that caused that to happen because I super-abused caffeine at one point and nothing.
