It seems the only change is the screenplay book trophies and they also removed the online trophies from PW thankfully

Are there really no changes? Seems odd when MGS2 and 3s were altered for Vol. 1.

But I think it's good if they haven't nerfed the challenge. I hate a piss-easy platinum.

Wow I'm quite surprised at that. I imagine some QOL improvements will make it a marginally better experience to plat MGS4 as you'll have less time waiting for load screens but good luck to anyone on the hunt.
