If you're going for 100% yourself I'd say the most important tip is that completing a mission fast is pretty much all you need for S Rank. Ignore secondary objectives, complete those on a different mission attempt. Just do the base objective as quickly as possible and you'll get an S Rank.

Yea feels like everyone is saying that. Ill probably do this once I finish all mission and side ops.
