Iran’s unwillingness to escalate is what caused this in the first place. They cannot fake out anymore - the Zionist cancer must be confronted.

Problem is the zionist cancer is backed by the U.S. and Iran is backed by both Russia and China, to say nothing of its proxies and other allies.  Actual retaliation is going to end up being a conflict that spreads well beyond Israel.  The amount of people who would die if such a full blown war were to take place is far too steep a price.

But hey, the real goal was so that Bibi didn't spend time in jail and his government didn't collapse. So....mission accomplished?

My only hope in this is that Iran's response is just a show like it usually is when they aren't accidentally shooting planes out of the sky.  But with Trump back in office, I don't even know how that would play out anymore.

We know that the U.S. can intercept Iran's missiles.  So when Iran retaliates, I'm hoping that's the result as well, because if it isn't, then I'm genuinely terrified for what will happen to my fellow Iranians.

Horrible to hear that, Departed, I hope anyone you know is okay.

It will be another nail in the coffin if Trump sends the US into Iran. Right now I really don't think he can afford it politically. How he's handling LA is backfiring at the moment, even if it doesn't immediately seem like it.

It's at a boiling point, there's no doubt about it. The colonial project occupying Palestine is stepping out of its depth at this point. There's really nowhere for the Resistance to go except larger confrontation.

Tabriz and Ahvaz have both since been bombed and Iran has already successfully launched a missile directly at Israel's civilian population so we'll see because there's some real growing concerns there.

On the subject of growing concerns, some lunatic right winger posing as a cop just shot two democratic state lawmakers in Minnesota. The first and her husband have since died and the second lawmaker's still in critical condition, meanwhile the shooter is still posing as a cop and still at large. All today on "No Kings Day" when Trump is having his multi-million dollar North Korea style birthday parade.

There's a lot of reasons to be disgusted with America, but today it almost feels overwhelming. Like it's all hitting us at once.

Gaza was already being choked out into a slow death for decades. Lebanon has been held as an economic hostage to IMF and its sovereignty infringed upon by the illegitimate occupation. Yemen has been choked out by despots and combatted by the whole world and proxy states for reclaiming its sovereignty.

October 7th as an act of resistance was inherently accelerationist. If nothing else, it made it clear that lines are drawn in the sand and it shattered the long standing theory of Israeli security; this is an existential fight between us and them and if it was to extend beyond the borders of occupied Palestine - then:

1. It already has, and always was the case.
2. The zionist entity brought it on itself.

These rocket volleys should have happened on October 7th, not today. That is Iran's only mistake.

Do you work for a specific party or just like, general government regardless of who’s elected?

God no, I couldn't fathom working for a political party or politician. I'm technically a civil servant but I work for the parliament itself and its running rather than the government.
