[BULLSHIT] its Necessary for quiet to be naked cause she breaths through her skin

as far as the title of the thread goes and as every fan of mgsv:pp knows , the reason that kojima gave for quiet being naked through the game is that she breaths and absorbs air and water through her skin, 
ok fine sire 
if anyone played mgsv:pp you would know that the most valuable outfit to craft for quiet is the one she wears at the start of the game before the fire incident ( when she attacks phantom and boss in the hospital in cyprus and which after this incident they use parasite to cure her and she after the cure is naked to breath and absorb water and air through the skin, because somehow parasites that they used to cure her damaged her lungs and maybe some other inner organs)
that outfit is full and quiet seems fully clothed in that , 
so if kojima or anyone who truly believes that utter shit concept 
please explain this : how does quiet continues to breath and absorb the air and water when she is fully clothed in the xo outfit that is craftable for her ??
i definitley believe that kojima just made that bullshit excuse to, you know to use her body and sex appeal as a bussines move 
so if anyone truly believe that nudity is necessary for quiet character, forget about it .
btw this dosent mean the game is bad or i hate quiet absolutley not,
its one of my favorite games all time, and quiet is one of my most favorite characters in video game all time.
